Palomar 6500 Precision Eutectic Die Bonder

Palomar 6500 Die Bonder is a multi-function assembly equipment. The accuracy can reach 1.5 μm(3 Sigma), it has wide working stage. iIt can use for flip chip, despensing and eutectic process.
