Model 626 is a ball, wedge, bump, and peg bonder. It is a deep-access, long-reach bonder for multi-purpose use. It can be used for bonding both gold and aluminum wire and ribbon. In some applications it can be used to bond copper, silver, palladium-silver and up to 1.5 mil platinum wire.
